Frequently asked questions
Who is Better Parents Club for?
Parents and caregivers — mothers, fathers, grandparents and others — who want practical, evidence-informed support with everyday parenting. We are starting with families of young children in India.
What ages does the membership cover?
The first programmes are designed for parents of children aged roughly 1–5. Some ideas suit older children too. Video resources, where offered, start at age 2.
How much time does it take?
About 10–15 minutes on most days during a challenge week: one short lesson, one practical action and a quick reflection. Everything else is optional.
What happens in the free webinar?
A live, 60-minute Screen-Time Reset session. You will look at your family’s screen patterns, learn practical ways to make screen-off moments calmer, and leave with a starting plan for one routine. It is free, and there is no obligation to join anything afterwards.
How do the monthly challenges work?
Each month focuses on one theme over four weeks: notice and understand, choose a realistic change, practise and troubleshoot, then reflect and sustain. The first challenge is Screen-Time Reset; later themes are planned and will be released over time.
What are the live sessions?
Two live group sessions a month are planned from launch, for questions, troubleshooting and shared learning. They are educational and are not individual medical or therapy consultations.
What is the community like?
An adult-only, moderated space for members. Children do not have accounts or join the community. Please do not share children’s photos, full names or schools.
How much does membership cost?
The proposed founding price is ₹399 a month, or ₹3,999 a year. Prices will be confirmed before checkout opens.
How do billing and renewal work?
Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Your bank or payment provider sends a notification before each recurring charge, as required for e-mandates in India. You can cancel at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We propose a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment — see the subscription policy for confirmed terms.
Do you offer videos for children?
An optional, editorially reviewed children’s video guide is planned. It is not the core of the membership, it does not include anything for children under 2, and it will be openly accessible rather than sold as a paid benefit. YouTube controls parts of its player, including ads and suggestions.
Is BPC medical advice?
No. BPC offers general parenting education. For concerns about your child’s health, development or behaviour, please speak with your paediatrician or another qualified professional.
How do you handle privacy and safety?
We collect only what we need to run your registration or membership, we do not ask for children’s names, photos or exact birth dates, and we do not use behavioural advertising or child profiling. See our privacy policy for details.
