What you’ll learn

  • Explore realistic, low-preparation alternatives
  • Handle screen-off transitions more calmly
  • Leave with a practical starting plan for one routine

How we approach it

Screens are part of modern family life. This session isn’t about banning them or judging anyone. It focuses on the moment many parents find hardest — switching the screen off — and helps you plan one small, realistic change.

We draw on guidance from organisations such as the WHO and the American Academy of Pediatrics, and we’re clear about what is research, what is guidance and what is a practical suggestion.

Hosted by the Better Parents Club team. A replay is shared with registrants for a limited time after each session. This webinar is general education, not individual medical advice.
