Subscription, cancellation and refund policy

Plans and prices

• Founding monthly: ₹399 per month (proposed)
• Founding annual: ₹3,999 per year (proposed)

Your founding price stays the same for as long as your membership remains active without a break. If a membership ends and is restarted later, the price available at that time applies.

Automatic renewal

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You authorise recurring payments through Razorpay when you join. In line with RBI rules for recurring payments (e-mandates), your bank or payment provider sends a notification before each recurring charge, and you can manage or cancel the mandate with them.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Proposed: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full. After that, payments for the current period are not refunded, except where required by law or in case of a billing error. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it. If it still fails, your membership is paused until payment is completed.

Price changes

We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change for existing members.
